The Android smartphone users may face issues while using Google Play Store to update/install application with 923 error.
Even restarting the phone will not help. In this case, you have to follow some simple steps to resolve the problem
1) Go to Settings > Applications > Google Play Store > Click on Clear Cache
2) Go to Settings > Applications > Running and stop all the service related to Google Play Store.
3) Restart the phone
4) Open Google Play Store and try installing/updating application.
Note: In step 1, you might have to Clear Data of the Google Play Store if only clearing cache do not work.
